From the moment you place your order, to the moment your order is delivered to your door, we are dedicated to your satisfaction.

BilingualTeacherStore.com is always adding new products to its' inventory. Our goal is to serve the needs of all our educators and with a particular focus on expanding our bilingual offerings. We have had great feedback from our bilingual educators who are tired of driving to their local teacher store and looking through that one bilingual shelf. We are dedicated to providing a great selection of bilingual products to our educators.

PRICES

 

Prices stated are FOB our plants and net except where otherwise noted. All prices are subject to change because of possible producer price changes. We bill at the producer’s latest selling price. DISOUNTS will be applied by our staff at the time we process your order.

SHIPPING

 

If applicable, actual shipping charges will be added to your order at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping charges are billed at UPS Ground rates. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.85. For continental U.S. destinations including APOs and FPOs, estimated postage 15% of order, $4.50 minimum. Postage will vary depending on weight and number of boxes. When weight and/or UPS is indicated for a product, additional shipping charges may apply. Please allow 7-14 business days for receipt of order from the day your order was processed and payment secured. Puerto Rico shipments will typically use United States Postal Service.

Orders placed within the continental United States and shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or overseas may incur additional shipping charges.

International Orders

International shipments will only ship at Express rates. We understand that these rates may not be cost effective, however this is the only shipping method that will allow us to track international orders. Tracking numbers are needed to investigate lost orders.

TERMS

Net 30 days to schools and other authorized institutions. Remittance must accompany orders from individuals.

RETURNS

 

We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible shopping experience to you and all of our customers. It is our companies policy that we provide a quality service from the moment you enter BilingualTeacherStore.com to the moment your order is delivered to your door. This includes being satisfied with your order.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. When requesting authorization to make returns please include billing invoice number. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition and should be insured since you are responsible for all materials invoiced.

If theses conditions are met, we can either:

1) Give you BilingualTeacherStore.com credit toward your next purchase or

2) Issue a credit to your credit card
